马拉松是一项高负荷大强度长距离的竞技运动,也是一项高风险的竞技项目,对参赛选手身体状况有较高的要求,参赛选手应身体健康,有长期参加跑步锻炼或训练的基础。参赛选手应根据自己的身体状况和训练水平,选择马拉松、半程马拉松、迷你马拉松其中的一个项目报名参加。


一、有以下情况者不得参加本次比赛所设各项目比赛:

1.先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者;

2.高血压和脑血管疾病患者;

3.心肌炎和其它心脏病患者;

4.冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者;

5.血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者;

6.比赛日前两周以内患过感冒者;

7.怀孕的妇女;

8.其他不适合运动的疾病患者。


二、在比赛中,因个人身体及其他个人原因导致的人身损害和财产损失,由参赛选手个人承担责任。


三、赛中注意事项:

1. 当我们大约跑到10-20分钟时都会出现第一次“难受”阶段,叫做“第一次极限状态”,这是人体中正常的现象。处置方法非常简单,放慢跑速调节呼吸或行走2-3分钟即可。当“难受”劲过去再跑,就会感到舒服了。

2. 通常没有马拉松训练的人跑到30-35分钟左右会遇到人体中的“运动性生理极限”状态,包括肌肉痛、关节痛,极强的疲劳感,包括有放弃的心理产生等。如果有这种现象和状态最好是放弃比赛,“咬牙”可能会导致生命危险。

3. 每一个跑马拉松的人最好自己跑自己的,切勿与他人攀比。

Phoenix Coast 2018 Hainan(Sanya) International Marathon Possible Risks 


Marathon running is an athletic sport of high intensity and great demand of endurance over a long distance which involves a degree of risk. As it raises high demand on the physical condition, participants are expected to have good health and some running or training experience. 

In Hainan(Sanya), participants may choose from Marathon, Half Marathon and 5km run according to their own physical conditions and actual abilities. 

Participants with following symptoms are not suggested taking part in the events:

1. Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease; 

2. Hyper tension and cardio-vascular disease; 

3. Myocarditis and other heart diseases; 

4. Coronary artery disease and serious cardiac arrhythmia; 

5. Hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia diabetics; 

6. Patients of catching a cold within two weeks before the competition date;

7. Pregnant women;

8. Patients of other diseases unfit for sports.

All participants shall be liable for personal injury and property loss caused by personal health condition or other personal reasons during the event. Before the entry, participants are required to have physical check-up (including electrocardiographic examination) in qualified medical institutions, and make a self-evaluation to confirm if the physical condition is suitable for the event of their choice. 

General Notes for the Race

1. It is common that the first phase of “discomfort” will mostly influence the runners after the first 10 to 20 minutes, which is a normal phenomenon of physiological reaction. Slowing down the pace, adjusting the breath or walking for 2 to 3 minutes will help to overcome the “discomfort”. After this period, running will become more comfortable. 

2. Generally, after running around 30 to 35 minutes, participants without regular marathon training will fall into a phase called “Exercise-induced physiological limits”, which may include muscle ache, joint ache, and heavy fatigue. It is strongly recommended that participants under these conditions quit the race to avoid further risk. 

3. Runner should run in accordance with their own abilities. It is strongly advised to avoid racing against other runners.
